I feel like I practically live at the doctors. I am sick 100 % of the time and not cough-cough sick, like serious disease/illness sick. I was never sick in my life until I came to college and now I have like 4567 illnesses. I am so tired of going to doctor after doctor, getting pill after pill and getting procedure after procedure done. No 20 year old, or anyone for that matter, should have to feel horrible every single day. My entire month of March I have at least 2-3 doctors appoints a week. And spring break? Oh, more procedures to get done, lucky me huh? I hate being sick!
Well, I hope you feel better and able to enjoy your spring break. At the least it will be a break from school. Anyway, I hope you feel better and I hope you have a great day.
I’m sorry that you have to go to the dr so much! Good luck with all of your appointments over spring break, and let me know how it goes. Try to have some fun if you can!
at least we are going somewhere cool for spring break for some of the days!!! I’m sorry you feel sick =[ you will get better though!!
Again– not to sound repeatative, and like everyone else, but I’m sorry you are sick. I fear getting sick. I hate that feeling! I hope you get better. I can’t help but wonder though, what it is you have. You don’t have to answer, I’m just naturally curious. But either way, again, I hope you get better. Take it easy over spring break!
i am very sorry to hear about your doctor situation. i really do hope you feel better and get better. best of luck with everything and keep your chin up!
I am not a big fan of doctors myself and will only go if I am deathly ill. I would prefer sometimes to linger with something for weeks then get medication to get better in a few days or so. Plus I think part of the problem is doctors desire to diagnose and medicate people so quickly. I see it these days mostly dealing w/ depression and anxiety. Take PTSD for example. Medication will not help people who have been severely affected by trauma. Something else must be done.
Make sure you are getting an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes things that reoccur frequently or that last longer than typical could mean you are not having the correct treatment for your illness.
Feel better! Also make sure you are not living in a moldy environment if you dorm or rent.
